|The biggest game installs: can anything top Final Fantasy 15's 148GB on PC?|

Install sizes have been ballooning with the onset of 4K gaming, and the recently released PC version of Final Fantasy 15 may well top the lot. The 85GB base game combines with the 63GB optional high-resolution pack to make the install a whopping 148GB. Imagine downloading that on an old modem.
But is it the biggest? I've had a nose around on Steam and consulted , and tried to find out.
On Steam, many games come close but none top Final Fantasy 15. The Call of Duty games are enormous; Black Ops 3 is a chunky 113GB and Infinite Warfare is 101GB (how big will be this October I wonder?). Middle-earth Shadow of War rockets to 95GB when you bolt the high-res texture pack on, and for what it's worth, base Grand Theft Auto 5 is 76GB, and Ark is 70GB.

Activision have officially announced that this years annual Call Of Duty release will be Black Ops 4, and will be releasing earlier than the franchise usually does, with a release date of October 12th 2018. There is also another date for your diary, with May 17th 2018 booked in for the Community Reveal. Forget what you know. Call of Duty® #BlackOps4Community Reveal Event: May 17, 2018Global Launch: October 12, 2018 pic.twitter.com/C4lMdo0A7c - Call of Duty (@CallofDuty) March 8, 2018 Usually, the Call Of Duty series releases around the start of November, but moving to October 12th clearly is designed to stay away from the 26th October release of Red Dead Redemption 2. Getting in two weeks earlier is clearly thought to be more beneficial than following Rockstar's behemoth. It has been thought that this years CoD, developed by Treyarch would see a return to the Black Ops series, especially after NBA superstar James Harden was seen wearing a baseball cap which had a very similar logo to the Black Ops 3 logo, but with four ‘I's instead of three. This design is now quite obviously the Black Ops 4 logo, fuelling speculation that Activision have brought forward the announcement in response to that leak. The internet is also having lots of fun with Activision's choice not to go with the standard roman numeral for four ‘IV', instead going with ‘IIII'.

|A Black Ops 4 release is fine, but only if it comes with Modern Warfare 2 Remastered|

Black Ops 4 releasing in 2018 feels like a step back for a franchise on the way back, but bundling it with Modern Warfare 2 Remaster could help continue that upwards trend.
